  • What do I get as a member?

When you join the Inspired Minds community you will receive a Welcome Pack containing:

 

1. An exclusive Inspired Minds DVD, featuring a range of interviews and special features to engage your heart and mind.

2. A gift edition book about an Inspiring Leader from the 20th century. Audio files of inspiring messages from our extensive archives.

3. Member access to the online Inspired Community. Features include blogs, community forums, online interviews, past packs, and sneak previews of upcoming packs.

4. An Inspired Minds Membership Card gives you access to a range of benefits from our Inspired Partners.

 

As an Inspired Minds member you will receive a monthly Inspired Pack though the mail. Inside this pack you will find:

 

1. Book/audio or DVD relating to our monthly theme.

2. An exclusive Inspired Minds CD featuring interviews, speeches.

3. An Inspired Action Card to empower you to take action in your life.

 

As well as receiving a monthly pack you will be provided with:

 

1. A unique username and password giving you access to our online Inspired Community (due to be launched early 2009).

2. You will also receive an Inspired Minds Membership Card entitling you to offer and discounts through our Inspired Partners.

3. From time to time we will also send you special gifts and invites to upcoming Inspired Events.

  • Can I choose to only receive books, audio or DVD's?

     

    Currently we do not offer the option to pick which medium you are sent. Over the course of your membership you will receive a mix of books/audio and DVD's. This is specifically designed to give you the best experience possible. However on our website you will find an Inspired Shopping area (due to be launched early 2009) where you can purchase extra Inspirational resources at a discounted rate.

     

  • Are the books I receive long or short?

     

    As a rule of thumb, Inspired Minds will send material that is easily accessible to everyone. Therefore our materials, specifically the books we include tend to be on the shorter side. However, if we find a real gem of a book that is on the longer side we would not rule out sending it.

     

  • Can I give input into the kind of materials I like?

     

    We are actively looking for feedback and the direction we take is determined by the feedback we receive from the community. You will find a section on our website called Inspired Discussion where you will be able to submit any feedback you would like to give us about the materials.

     

  • Can I pick the book I want each month?

     

    We decide what materials we send to the membership community however we are always looking for ideas of books and material to send and through Inspired Discussion you will be able to submit your recommendations.

     

  • How much does it cost to join the Inspired Minds community?

     

    It costs $36.95 + P&H each month. If you choose to pay via direct debit you will be charged a one off $2.00 set up fee. You also have the opportunity to purchase one off packs from our back catalogue for $50 + P&H through Inspired Shopping (due to be launched early 2009).

     

  • Are there different membership types, if so what are they?

     

    Not currently. We only have the one type of membership however we are open to changes to membership types if the demand is there.

     

  • Can I pay quarterly or annually?

     

    Yes. You have the opportunity to pay either monthly or annually. If you choose to pay for your membership annually you will receive a 10% discount on the monthly rate.

     

  • Are the materials suitable for children?

     

    The material provided is generally suitable for all ages. However we recommend parent or guardians approval for members under the age of 18 years.

     

  • Why wouldn't I just buy the books/audio books or DVD's at a retail store?

     

    You can obviously buy the material we send you at a retail outlet or even online at the Inspired Shopping (due to be launched early 2009). However as a monthly member of the Inspired Minds community you will get access to material you may not have been aware of and we also provide you with an exclusive CD's, membership card to gain access to offers and discounts, full access to our online services and other supporting material to empower you to action in your life, only available to you as a member.

     

  • Are there a minimum number of months I have to be a member?

     

    No, there is no contract period.

     

  • How do I pay?

     

    You can pay by credit card or Direct Debit. We do not accept American Express and Diners Card.

     

  • How can I find out about the events you run and how do I book a place?

     

    If you are on our customer database as a member of Inspired Minds or if you are registered to receive our Inspired Minds Newsletter. You will be sent E-Updates on upcoming events and how to book a place. We will also regularly update our website with scheduled events.

     

  • Where can I use my membership card to get discounts?

     

    You will find a list of all our Inspired Partners who offer discounts and special offers. However we cannot guarantee the offer will last for ever so check online for the latest information for the latest offers and discounts.

     

  • What do I do if I want to recommend a friend? Do I get anything for doing this?

     

    Our members are always keen to recommend their friends and we feel it is important to reward you when someone becomes a member because of your recommendation. When you receive your Welcome Pack you will find some leaflets included to show your friends, just make sure your Membership Code is written clearly on the form and we will take AUD10.00 off your next pack to say thank you!

     

  • Can I buy extra resources or merchandise?

     

    You will able to purchase extra resources and merchandise from Inspired Shopping (due to launch Early 2009.) As a member you will receive a 10% discount off any of the items featured on the site.

     

  • What do I do I want to cancel my membership?

     

    If you want to cancel your membership you will be able to do this through your Inspired Account page (due to launched early 2009) or by letting us know. You will find all our conatct deatils in the Contact Us section. If you do have anything you are unhappy about you we would like to receive your feedback through The Contact Us section.

     

  • Can I postpone or put my membership on hold?

     

    We understand that there may be a time during your membership that you will need to place your membership on hold. You will be able to do this through your Inspired Accounts page (due to be launched early 2009). If you have any questions about this please feel free to contact us.

     

  • I am from outside of Sydney; can I still become a member?

     

    We have many members from outside metropolitan Sydney and welcome you with open arms. Your monthly membership cost will be the same however your monthly postage and handling cost will be $9. The only other difference in your membership will be your ability to attend Inspired Events that happen in Sydney as we are currently only running events in Sydney. However we already have plans to run the Inspired Events in all major Australian cities and Regional Centers.

     

  • I am from outside Australia; can I still become a member?

     

    We wil also welcome any members from outside Australia. Your monthly membership cost will be the same however your monthly postage and handling cost will be AUD25. The only other difference in you membership will be your ability to attend Inspired Events that happen in Sydney as we are currently only running events in Sydney.

     

  • How much is the postage and handling charges?

     

    Postage and handling charges are as follows:

     

    Sydney Metro: $6.00 per month
    Rest of Australia: $9.00 per month
    International: $25.00 per month.

     

  • When will you debit my credit card/bank account?

     

    Your credit card or bank account will be debited on the 14th of every month or the nearest working day. If the attempt is unsuccessful your pack will not be sent until payment is received in full.

     

  • How long will it take to receive my pack?

     

    Your monthly Inspired Packs will be sent on the 15th of each month or nearest working day, after your credit card or bank account has been successfully debited. If you are based in Sydney you should receive your pack within 3 days or the pack being despatched, rest of Australia within 5 days and International with 14 days.

     

  • What do I do if my details have changed?

     

    You can update your personal contact details by logging onto your Inspired Account page (due to be launched early 2009) or by contacting us through the Contact Us section.

     

  • Can I purchase a membership for someone else?

     

    Yes you can purchase a membership for someone else. But it is important to know that if you select the monthly payment option your credit card or bank account you provide will be debited every month. You may update or make changes to the details you provided through the Inspired Account page (due to be launched early 2009). or by contacting us through the Contact Us section.

     

  • Can I order previous packs?

Yes you can order previous packs just go to our Inspired Packs Section for a full list of the backcatalogue.

  • How do I give feedback on the materials I receive?

     

    You can send your feedback through the Inspired Discussion section of the website or through the Contact Us section.

     

  • What happens if I get something in a pack I already have?

     

    On the rare occasion that you receive material you already have just send the duplicate back to us in it's original condition and we replace it with a item of similar value free of charge.

     

  • Do you donate any money to charity or community organisations?

     

    Making a difference is an important part of Inspired Minds. Therefore we have pledged to donate 10% of our annual profit to Organisations making a difference to communities. You will find infomration about this in our Inspired Partners page.

     

  • What do I do if I want to return a pack, do I get a refund?

     

    We are so confident you will be thrilled by the materials you receive we will provide you with a complete refund if you are not 100% happy with your first pack, providing you return the pack in its original condition within 14 days of the pack being sent. We will also replace any material you receive in your monthly Inspired Packs if you are not totally inspired by the material.
